If you are receiving an error message when trying to log into the Mobile Classroom, please see the instructions below:
- "Server unavailable" = your username is incorrect.
- "Sorry we didn't recognize your User ID and/or password" = either your username and/or password is incorrect.
If you have forgotten your Student ID, please contact your Academic Advisor.
If you forgot your password, touch the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen. To reset your password, please complete all the steps on the reset password page. A valid password must have both upper and lowercase characters, include numbers, be at least eight characters long, and be no longer than 28 characters. Your password cannot contain your Student ID.
