It’s been 24 hours and I haven’t received my confirmation email – what do I do?

  1. Log in to Student Portal and check your email address – if it has been updated to your @student.ashford.edu email, let’s get you logged in!
  2. Open a web browser and go to https://portal.office.com
  3. Enter your new @student.ashford.edu email address
  4. Your password is your student portal password
  5. Once you are logged in, click the MAIL tile / icon to access your email
  6. You should still eventually receive your email – they have been delayed a bit due to the sheer number of emails we are sending
